1. Overview

This website is operated by Gnome Guys. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Pre-Order Terms

Items listed as "pre-order" have not yet been purchased at the time of your order. We commit to purchasing these items at Augusta National Golf Club during the 2026 Masters Tournament (April 10-13, 2026).

• Pre-order payments are collected at the time of order
• If we are unable to fulfill any pre-order item, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days
• Pre-order items ship within 5 business days after tournament week ends
• Inventory quantities are estimates and are subject to availability at Augusta National

3. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item we sell is authentic Masters Tournament merchandise sourced during tournament week. Every order is backed by our full money-back authenticity guarantee. We do not sell replicas, counterfeit, or third-party merchandise.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include the cost of the merchandise, our service fee, and standard shipping within the continental United States. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Orders already placed will be honored at the price shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Pre-order items ship within 5 business days after the 2026 Masters Tournament concludes. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with full tracking and insurance. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

6. Returns & Refunds

• If we cannot fulfill your pre-order: full refund within 5 business days
• If your item arrives damaged: full refund or replacement (contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
• Change of mind: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact

7. Intellectual Property

Gnome Guys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Augusta National Golf Club, the Masters Tournament, or any associated entities. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller of authentic merchandise purchased through legitimate retail channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gnome Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
