1. 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unlike other Masters merchandise resellers that only offer 14 days with a 15% restocking fee, we believe in standing behind our products with a generous, no-hassle return window.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before your item has shipped, and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will automatically receive a complete refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and included materials must be intact
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@gnomeguys.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@gnomeguys.com. We will provide a full replacement or complete refund at your choice, and we will cover all return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue quickly.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your desired item.
